Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Project images, descriptions, specifications, schedules, pricing examples, and service availability may change and do not constitute a binding offer, warranty, or construction agreement.

Secure areas are limited to invited or authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. You may not share access, bypass security controls, probe the service, or use another person's account.
Project Records and Electronic Actions
Portal schedules, approvals, messages, selections, photographs, and status indicators support project communication but do not replace the controlling signed contract or formally executed change orders. Electronic acknowledgments and submissions may be retained as business records.
Acceptable Use
You may not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content; disrupt the website; scrape protected information; impersonate another person; or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Signature Designs Group or others.

BuilderOS, including its platform software, product design, and underlying implementation, is built, designed, and owned by [mindcavecreations]. This website is a custom BuilderOS deployment and branded overlay for Signature Designs Group. Signature Designs Group owns or licenses its company branding, business content, project presentations, and photographs. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Signature Designs Group is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, or independent acts. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Availability and Disclaimer
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features and may restrict access to protect users, projects, or systems. The website is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Contractual warranties, if any, are contained in the applicable signed agreement.
