When the automated Signature Designs Group telephone assistant is enabled, it identifies itself at the beginning of the call and collects callback and project-qualification information for the team. BuilderOS stores structured call details such as caller-provided contact information, project type, location, budget range, timing, disposition, and a short business summary. BuilderOS does not store the call audio or a call transcript. Structured call records are retained for up to 24 months by default, after which only non-identifying aggregate counts may be preserved, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.

Builder’s Blog comments collect a display name, comment text, and a private email address. Comments are never published automatically: each submission remains pending until an authorized moderator approves it. The email address is used only for moderation and abuse control, not for newsletters or marketing, and is not included in the public comment. Private moderation email is retained for up to 12 months after the last moderation action. Short-lived hashed abuse signals are retained for up to 30 days. Approved display names and comments may remain with the article.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized employees, project participants, professional advisers, service providers, or public authorities when necessary to provide services, protect the business, or comply with law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable contractual or legal requirements.
